Notes: "2026 adopted" is the budget as passed in November 2025, without mid-year changes. General Fund transfers to the Library, IT, Labor Standards, FAS and the pension funds are reported under Finance General, so those departments show $0 General Fund. Parts may not sum to totals because of rounding in the source.
